Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour date. To cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance.

Refunds

If a cancellation is made within the 72-hour period before the tour, a refund will not be provided due to the costs incurred by GinTours.com.au in preparing for the tour.

Credit for Future Use

In the event of a cancellation made at least 72 hours before the tour, a credit will be issued to the customer. This credit can be used towards a future tour with GinTours.com.au. The credit is non-transferable and must be redeemed within a year from the original tour date.

Please note that any requests for refunds or credits must be made directly to GinTours.com.au and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. However, due to the planning and preparation involved in organizing our tours, we kindly request that cancellations be made in a timely manner to avoid any inconvenience to both parties.
